As of Sept 2022, I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Geneva (UNIGE, FPSE), within the Swiss National Centre of Competence in Research (NCCR) Evolving Language. I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to start a group focusing on the neurobiology of semantic and language! I will be leading the Neurobiology of Concepts Expression Laboratory (NoCE lab).
Previously, I conducted postdoctoral research in cognitive neuroscience within the Courtois NeuroMod project, originated from Dr. Pierre Bellec's laboratory for brain simulation and exploration (SIMEXP) at the Psychology Department of the Université de Montreal (UdeM). I was supported by a fellowship from the Institute for Data Valorisation (IVADO). The three years prior, I was a postdoc in Dr. Maria Luisa Gorno-Tempini's lab (ALBA) at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) - Memory and Aging Center, tightly collaborating with the Biomagnetic Imaging Laboratory.
During my PhD, I swang between the Université Pierre-et-Marie-Curie (UPMC) @ Ecole doctorale cerveau, cognition, comportement (ED3C) and the Università degli Studi di Trento (UNITN) @ Doctoral School in Cognitive and Brain Sciences (CIMeC). My advisors were Dr. Christophe Pallier and Dr. Manuela Piazza. The lab where I spent most of my time (and did most of the work) is the Cognitive Neuroimaging Unit (UNICOG) at Neurospin.
